The Concordia Board of Aldermen considered authorizing the proclamation for Project Connect Day during its meeting on Monday, November 21.

The proclamation says that Project Connect Day is November 29, 2022. City Administrator Dale Klussman says the day is for people to address health needs.

The Proclamation was authorized.

In other news from the meeting, the board was requested to alter the recycling contract to go to “on-call” service.

The board decided not to alter the contract because board wanted to wait longer to see how busy the recycling program will get once it gets going. Recycling services began in Concordia on November 1, 2022.
