Don Ray Sweigart, 83 of Sedalia, formerly of Slater and Lincoln, passed away, Friday, November 25, 2022, at Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital in Columbia, MO.

Funeral services will 12 p.m., Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel, 519 S. Ohio St., Sedalia, MO. Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 29 at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, with full military honors by the United States Navy and the Higginsville American Legion Post #223. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, November 28 at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel. Memorials are suggested to Wounded Warriors Project in care of the funeral home.
