The Concordia Board of Aldermen is conducting a public forum on Thursday, February 23, to discuss a ballot question that will appear on the April 2023 ballot.

At this Public Forum, the City will explain the question which will appear on the April 4, 2023, ballot concerning the Board of Aldermen’s request for issuance of $15,000,000 in combined water and sewer revenue bonds payable solely from the revenues generated by the water and sewer utilities.

This public forum is for informational purposes only. The city is not endorsing a vote in favor of passage or in opposition of passage.

The public forum is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in Room 203 of the Concordia Community Center.
