Wynona “Onie” Morrow, 98, of Marshall, MO, died Friday, March 24, 2023, at The Living Center in Marshall.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall. Born August 14, 1924, in Shackleford, MO, she was the daughter of the late Ira Brooks and Bessie Bird Brooks. On February 14, 1942, she married Ernest W. Morrow who preceded her in death on March 10, 1997. She lived her entire life in Saline County and retired from Banquet Foods. She was a member of Southside Assembly of God and loved to garden and sew.

Survivors include two sons, Ernest M. “Melvin” Morrow (Janette) of rural Miami, MO and Roy Morrow (Janice) of Marshall; two daughters, Janie Hunter of Slater and Joann Mikels (Dwight) of rural Marshall; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Onie was preceded in death by one daughter, Peggy Morrow; son-in-law, Henry Hunter; one great-grandson, Brett Jacobson; four brothers, Willard, Wilbur, Willis and Lester Brooks; and three sisters, Dorothy Morrow, Betty Morrow and Goldie Yates.
