The St. Louis Cardinals complete a three-game sweep of the Baltimore Orioles with a 5-4 win on Wednesday, May 22.

The Orioles struck first against Cardinals starter Kyle Gibson. They tagged Gibson for three unearned runs in the third.

St. Louis responded by scoring runs in the fifth, sixth, and seventh to take a 5-3 lead.

Masyn Winn hit his second homer of the year. Ryan Fernandez picked up the save in the ninth.

The Cardinals also finished off last night’s scheduled game today, beating Baltimore 3-1.
