Steven LeRoy Kirchhoff, age 63, of rural Concordia, MO, died Saturday, June 4, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2022, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Concordia, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with a special ceremony for Mic-O-Say Honors at 5:30 p.m. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery. Born July 2, 1958, in Lexington, MO, Steve was the son of the late LeRoy Kirchhoff and Phyllis Ann Lovercamp Kirchhoff. He lived in the Concordia area his entire life and was a 1976 graduate of Concordia High School. On May 16, 1987, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, in Concordia, he married Annette Magruder who survives of the home. He recently worked at C&R Fencing, previously worked for Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation for 15 years, and was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church where he served as an elder and usher, a member of its Men’s Club and played in the church band. Steve was a Boy Scout troop leader and a member of the Mic-O-Say Tribe. He played in the Friday night fair band, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and “tearing up” farm equipment.

Survivors include his wife, Annette; three children, Jennifer Logsdon (Corey) of Greensboro, NC, Heather White (Bryan) of Denver, CO and William Kirchhoff (Bethany) of Odessa, MO; six grandchildren, Makaylee, Ashlynn, Madalyn, Cody, Caiden, and Decker, who’s on the way; three great-grandchildren, Ava, Makenzlee and Augustine, and two more on the way; one brother, Mark Kirchhoff (Janice) of rural Concordia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Amanda; and one great-granddaughter.
