The request to close a portion of a street for an upcoming parade and the progress of work being done at a baseball complex was discussed by the Concordia Board of Aldermen on Tuesday, February 20.
City Administrator Dale Klussman said resident Dean Clemmer is hosting a kids event again this year and came to the board with a request.

Klussman said the board approved his request to close a portion of Gordon Street for the parade on Saturday, May 19.
In other business, Klussman said the board was updated on the progress of installing protective fences at the baseball complex.

The next Concordia Board of Aldermen meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 5.
