Pansie Sommerfeld, age 107, of Keytesville, died Monday, November 7, 2016.

Funeral Services will start at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, at Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury, where visitation will begin at noon. Burial to follow in the German Cemetery near Indian Grove.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the German Cemetery.

Survivors include four grandchildren, Rick Sommerfeld, Jack and his wife, Angela Stephenson Sommerfeld, all of Keytesville, Tom Sommerfeld, of Salisbury and Wendy Sommerfeld, of Cario; and numerous great-grandchildren.

In addition to both of her parents, William and Georgia (Hecke) Gottschalk, and her husband, Carl C. Sommerfeld, she was preceded in death by three sons, Wayne Burdette Sommerfeld, Wendell Richard Sommerfeld and one infant son at birth; one brother, Robert Gottschalk; six sisters, Shirley Duncan, Katherine Meade, Norma Jean Hollowell, Deloris Ford, Geneva Hunsaker and Billie Grotjan.
