A Sedalia woman accused of stealing funds from the Pettis County Ambulance District in 2017, and faces several felony charges, has a court proceeding scheduled this week.
According to a probable-cause statement, from January 10 through March 21, 55-year-old Tracy Rank, is one of the alleged suspects who reportedly stole a total of $114,124.56 from the ambulance district.
According to online court documents, after a motion hearing on August 10, Rank, who pleaded not guilty, faces 13 counts of a Class C Felony for Forgery, a Class B Felony for Receiving Stolen Property, and a Class C Felony for Stealing of $25,000 or More.
A pre-trial conference for Rank has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, and a jury trial scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. on Monday, January 29, at Pettis County Circuit Court in Sedalia.
