The Carrollton Town Council took action to set up a hearing with a business owner, after it was reported that the business sold alcohol to a minor on two separate occasions during undercover operations.
According to a city spokesperson, the date and time of the hearing has not been determined.
The city spokesperson said during the most-recent undercover exercise, three of the establishments which sell alcohol actually sold to a minor, but this was the only establishment that has done it twice.
In other news, no actions were taken, but the Town Council heard a report and update from Carrollton Police Chief Robert Turner and a representative on various aspects of the drug task force.
