A Sedalia teen is facing felony charges for allegedly stealing property on two separate occasions last year in Pettis County.
A probable-cause says Sedalia Police officers took a report of an alleged stolen golf cart from a residence in the 2200 block of South Washington Avenue on November 11, 2017. Reportedly, the next day officers took another report of an alleged stolen dirt bike from a residence in the 2100 block of South Washington Avenue.
During the investigation, officers spoke with 17-year-old Tyler Cummings, who reportedly admitted to stealing both the golf cart and dirt bike with a juvenile suspect.
Online court documents say Cummings has been charged with two Class D Felonies for Stealing a Motor Vehicle. Bond has not been set.
Cummins’s initial hearing at Pettis County Circuit Court in Sedalia is pending.
