Bond for a Sedalia man, who has been charged with a drug-related felony after a traffic stop on January 7, has been set at $25,000 cash or surety.
A probable-cause statement says, due to the officer allegedly smelling the aroma of marijuana, a probable-cause search of the vehicle was conducted. The law-enforcement officer reportedly found two containers of marijuana, and each allegedly field tested positive for THC.
Online court documents say a warrant has been issued, and 33-year-old Glenn Tyler Grant has been charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana; and three drug-related and two driving-related misdemeanors.
An initial hearing for Grant at Pettis County Circuit Court in Sedalia is pending.
