Bond for a Brookfield resident, who has been charged with a pair of drug-related felonies, has been set at six figures by the court.
According to a probable-cause statement, 24-year-old Robyn Mariah Ann Gentry allegedly sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant on two separate occasions at two different locations, including a residence about 560 feet from a park, in Brookfield in 2017.
According to online court documents, a warrant has been issued and Gentry has been charged with a Class A Felony for Distribution of a Controlled Substance in a Protected Location and a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid. Bond has been set at $100,000 cash, surety or 10-percent cash.
An arraignment hearing for Gentry has been set for 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 25, at Linn County Circuit Court in Linneus.
