A Fayette woman who had felony charges against her dropped in a case relating to the suicide of an area teenager in 2016, is now facing a new felony charge in Howard County.
According to online court documents, on Wednesday, January 24, Harley Kaitlynn Branham appeared for a court proceeding, where the state dropped the original charges, but found probable cause to continue prosecution.
