A Brookfield resident has been charged with multiple counts of a felony for allegedly stealing prescription medications from her sister’s house.
According to a probable-cause statement, the incidents happened between November 3, 2017, and January 26, 2018.
According to online court documents, a warrant has been issued and 46-year-old Tricia Marie Kauzlarich has been charged with six counts of a Class D Felony for Stealing a Controlled Substance or Methamphetamine Manufacturing Material. Bond has been set at $25,000 cash, surety or 10 percent.
Kauzlarich’s initial hearing at Linn County Circuit Court in Linneus is pending.
