A Sedalia man wanted on multiple active warrants in Saline County reportedly was taken into custody by a Marshall Police officer on Monday, January 30.
According to a release from the department, 42-year-old Gary Evans was arrested at a residence in the 300 block of West Boyd Street.
According to online court documents, Evans has been charged with four counts of a Class B Felony for Burglary in the First Degree and four misdemeanors for stealing in relation to one of the warrants and several driving-related charges on the other warrant.
Evans is scheduled to appear for two arraignment hearings at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, January 31, at Saline County Circuit Court in Marshall.
