A Kansas City resident has been charged with a felony for allegedly holding females against their will in an apartment on February 5 in Lexington.
According to a probable-cause statement, two females allege Jesus Enriquez held them and threatened them with a knife. One of the females also alleges Enriquez punched her in her arm and leg and pulled her by her hair. A child also reportedly was in the apartment at the time of the altercation.
Online court documents say Enriquez has been charged with a Class D Felony for Kidnapping in the Second Degree and two misdemeanors. Bond has been set at $15,000.
Enriquez’s initial arraignment hearing is scheduled to be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 14, at Lafayette County Circuit Court in Lexington.
