A Carrollton man who originally was charged with felonies for allegedly performing sex-related acts with a juvenile last year pleaded guilty to a lesser charge as per a plea agreement and was sentenced on Tuesday, February 13.
Originally, Theodore Ryan Draeger was charged with Class D Felonies for Statutory Rape in the Second Degree and Statutory Sodomy in the Second Degree. However, according to online court documents, he pleaded guilty to a Class D felony for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Creating a Substantial Risk in the First Degree, First Offense.
As per the plea agreement, Draeger had his sentence suspended by the court and he has been placed on five years of supervised probation.
