A resident of Langan, Missouri, sustained injuries in a two-vehicle traffic crash in Pettis County on Tuesday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a westbound vehicle, driven by 42-year-old Jeannie Laffiteau, reportedly pulled into the path of an eastbound vehicle, driven by 17-year-old Mario Ventura, of Sedalia. Ventura’s vehicle reportedly struck Laffiteau’s vehicle in the passenger’s side.
While Ventura reportedly was not injured, Laffiteau was transported by Pettis County ambulance to Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia for treatment of minor injuries.
The crash happened just after 7:30 a.m. on U.S. Highway 65 at Grand Avenue.
