A Fayette woman who had felony charges against her dropped in a case relating to the suicide of an area teenager in 2016, appeared for an arraignment hearing on a new felony charge in Howard County on Wednesday, March 7.
According to online court documents, Harley Kaitlynn Branham appeared in court, waived her formal arraignment hearing and entered a plea of not guilty.
Branham is alleged to have harassed Kenneth Suttner, causing emotional distress, between October 6 and November 30, 2016, where she was originally charged with a felony for involuntary manslaughter after the findings of a Coroner’s Jury in late January 2017.
Online court documents also say Branham is charged with a Class D Felony for Aggravated Stalking, as well as two counts of a misdemeanor for assault in the third degree and two counts of a misdemeanor for harassment
Branham is scheduled to appear for a case hearing at 9:02 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, at the Howard County Circuit Court.
