Area authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teen.
According to a post on the Chillicothe Police Department’s Facebook page and confirmed by a spokesperson at the department this morning, missing is 13-year-old Jayden Joseph Beltran, who was last seen at 3:05 p.m. on Thursday, March 15, in the 1500 block of Calhoun Street. The spokesperson said Beltran failed to return home after school.
Beltran is described as being 5-foot-1 and about 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a chipped front tooth. He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket with a hood that has a lime-green inside; a gray, striped shirt; blue jeans; and Navy blue shoes with white bottoms.
