A Marshall man is facing multiple felony charges after law enforcement executed a drug-related search warrant on a residence last week in Saline County.
According to a news release from the Marshall Police Department, at about 4 p.m. on March 9, officers reportedly served a search warrant for alleged drug activity at a residence in the 400 block of East Yerby Street. The search reportedly revealed marijuana, prescription drugs and a quantity of U.S. currency, as well as drug-paraphernalia related to the distribution and use of marijuana and methamphetamine. K-9 Officer Razor assisted in locating the drugs within the residence and was on standby for the possibly of a foot pursuit. Reportedly, three children were located inside the residence, and five adults were arrested with three subjects being release with municipal court citations.
Online court documents say 28-year-old Randall Aaron Wilson, Jr. has been charged with two counts of a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Class D Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance at a Jail and a Class E Felony for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000 cash only. Reportedly, another subject was arrest and formal charges have not been filed yet.
Wilson’s initial hearing is pending at the Saline County Circuit Court.
