The Saline County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating a report of a subject impersonating law enforcement on Sunday, March 18.
According to a news release from Saline County Sheriff Cindi Mullins, an incident occurred in rural Saline County where a subject was driving a dark-colored car with lights that mimic a law enforcement vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on a victim. The suspect was not wearing a law-enforcement uniform, and was described as a white male, about five foot, eight inches tall with dark colored hair.
The Sheriff’s Office has not received any other similar reports at this time.
