One of two suspects allegedly involved in a shooting incident last year in Pettis County, has a hearing scheduled on Monday, March 19.
According to a news release, Sedalia Police officers arrived on the scene of a fight that reportedly involved several subjects, one of whom reportedly pulled a gun and shot a 16-year-old from Belton on July 27, 2017.
Law-enforcement officers apprehended 18-year-old Keyshawn Flowers, of Greenwood, who is facing a Class A Felony for First-Degree Assault, Causing Serious Physical Injury and an Unclassified Felony for Armed Criminal Action.
Online court documents say Flowers waived his formal arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty on November 6, 2017 and is scheduled to appear for a case hearing at 1:30 p.m. at Pettis County Circuit Court in Sedalia.
