The mayor is scheduled to report on the state of Slater during the city council meeting on Tuesday, March 20.
According to the agenda, the council is scheduled to discuss the Saline County sales tax measure, Steve McQueen Day and citywide garage sales, as well as discuss a school bond issue with Slater School District Superintendent Debbie Gonzales.
A closed, executive session is scheduled to discuss legal, real estate and personnel matters.
The meeting is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. at city hall at 232 North Main Street.
