A Marshall teenager accused of multiple sex-related felonies involving a juvenile entered a plea during his arrangement hearing earlier this week in Saline County.
Online court document say on Monday, April 9, 18-year-old Anthony Gerst was formally arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty to three counts of an Unclassified Felony for Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy and a Class C Felony for Third-Degree Child Molestation with a Child Less Than 14 years old. His cause was continued for a trail-setting hearing at 9 a.m. on Monday, June 11, at Saline County Circuit Court.
According to a probable-cause statement, 18-year-old Anthony Gerst allegedly performed sexual acts on a juvenile female on several occasions, which reportedly began in late October 2017.
