A Lafayette County resident was injured in a two-vehicle traffic crash in Jackson County on Sunday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Austin Bryant, of Independence, reportedly traveled westbound on the eastbound ramp and struck the front left of an eastbound vehicle, driven by 20-year-old Santana Mullins, of Mayview.
While Bryant reportedly was not injured, Mullins was transported by Central Jackson County E.M.S. to Centerpoint Hospital in Independence for treatment of minor injuries.
The crash happened just after 3 a.m. on the ramp to I-70 at Adams Dairy Parkway.
