A transaction that has been in the works now for a couple of years looks like it’s close to being finalized.
At the meeting of the Marshall City Council on Monday, April 16, City Administrator David Haugland gave an update on the progress of the city trying to obtain the property formerly known as the Marshall Habilitation Center.

The 287-acre parcel of land is located in the northeastern corner of the city.
