A Henry County resident sustained serious injuries in a traffic crash in Ray County on Monday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a northbound vehicle, driven by 34-year-old Pamela Paxton, of Windsor, reportedly traveled off right side of the roadway, back to the roadway and off the left side of the roadway, became airborne, struck several trees and came to rest in a creek bed.
Paxton reportedly was transported by Lawson Fire and Rescue ambulance to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
The crash happened at about 4:40 p.m. on Route C, one-tenth of a mile north of County Road West 22nd Street.
