Bond has been set at six figures for a Marshall man who has been accused of having forcible sex with a female late last year.
According to a probable-cause statement, on April 9, the woman reported to authorities that Jesus Adrian Cervantes-Martinez raped her last December.
According to online court documents, a warrant has been issued and Cervantes-Martinez has been charged with an Unclassified Felony for Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy in the First Degree. Bond has been set at $100,000 cash only with several conditions, including he is not to have any contact with the alleged victim.
Cervantes-Martinez’s initial appearance at Saline County Circuit Court is pending.
