A Salisbury man who allegedly had numerous pornographic photos of a juvenile saved on his phone has been charged with multiple counts of a sex-related felony in Chariton County.
According to a probable-cause statement, on Thursday, April 19, a woman notified authorities that she had observed several photographs of a child in various stages of nudity stored on Gregory K. McLoud’s cell phone.
According to online court documents, a warrant has been issued and McCloud has been charged with five counts of a Class B Felony for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Bond has been set at $25,000 cash only, with some conditions.
McCloud’s initial hearing is pending at Chariton County Circuit Court.
