National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is set for Saturday, April 28.
According to a post on the Marshall Police Department’s Facebook page, the day aims to provide a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, also while educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
In Marshall, prescription medications will be accepted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Municipal Court Building at 5 East Eastwood Street.
