At about 9:45 a.m. on April 28, the vehicle reportedly was found wrecked on a property in the area of Harvest Avenue, north of the bridge at Salt Fork Creek. The vehicle was reported as partially rolled, sitting with the driver’s side against the ground. It was heavily damaged with the roof of the cab buckled,; windshield shattered; driver’s-side front fender buckled; rear glass shattered; and the tailgate hanging off its mounts.
A police officer reportedly was able to successfully lift two partial fingerprints from the tailgate.

Marshall Police detectives are investigating after receiving a report of a stolen vehicle.
According to a news release, a resident reported a vehicle was stolen off his property in the 700 block of South Salt Pond Avenue sometime between 10 p.m. on April 27 and 7:50 a.m. on April 28.
The vehicle is described as a black in color 1994 Ford Ranger extended-cab pickup truck with faded red pinstripes on each side. The owner said there is a veteran’s sticker on the driver’s-side back glass. The owner also said the vehicle had suffered heavy hail damage.
The truck was entered into the M.U.L.E.S. system as stolen.
