A Sedalia man is facing a felony charge for allegedly shooting a neighbor with a BB gun on April 30.
According to a probable-cause statement, a woman suffered a wound to her upper left chest, and some blood was visible on the outside of her shirt. Authorities say a welt was on her chest where she said she was struck. The woman told authorities whom she believed shot the BB in her direction.
During a warranted search of her neighbor’s property, authorities reportedly found a BB gun and some marijuana.
