The Pettis County Road Department has recently closed a portion of roadway for unscheduled bridge repairs which is expected to take a month to complete, weather permitting.
According to a news release, beginning on May 3, bridge repair has closed a portion of Bluebird Hollow road, just west of Farmer’s City Road in northeast Pettis County.
Motorists traveling in the area are advised to take an alternate route to their destinations during the repairs.
