A Marshall teenager accused of sex-related felonies involving a juvenile, who entered a plea of not guilty during his arraignment hearing on April 9, is due for another hearing on Monday, May 14.
According to a probable-cause statement, 18-year-old Anthony Gerst allegedly performed sexual acts on a juvenile female on several occasions, which reportedly began in late October 2017.
Online court documents say Gerst has been charged with three counts of an Unclassified Felony for Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy and a Class C Felony for Third-Degree Child Molestation with a Child Less Than 14 years old.
A plea/trial-setting hearing for Gerst, whose council filed a motion for a change of venue on April 13, is scheduled to be held at 1:30 p.m. at Saline County Circuit Court.
