Marshall Fire Department personnel were toned out on Wednesday, May 23, to battle a blaze just across South Lyon Avenue from the department– and were on the scene for about six hours.
According to a spokesperson at the fire department, the call came in at 7:35 p.m. for a fire at the Lighthouse Shelter Thrift Store at 555 West Arrow Street. The last unit left the scene at 1:25 a.m. on Thursday, May 24.
No other information was made available.
The spokesperson said the fire is under investigation.
