The Sedalia Public Works Department has scheduled work on a roadway which will cause a lane restriction for a week beginning Tuesday, June 5.
According to a news release, weather permitting, the Street Department will be performing roadway maintenance on South Grand Avenue at West 18th Street with work scheduled until Tuesday, June 12.
During the roadwork, the northbound lane of South Grand will be closed reducing the roadway to one lane of traffic during the week-long repairs.
Motorists traveling through this area are encouraged to use an alternate route to avoid delays.
