The Concordia Board of Aldermen approved one-year lease agreements for rentals of two rooms at the Concordia Community Building during its meeting on Monday, June 4.
According to minutes from the meeting, the board gave the OK to the Pioneer Trails Regional Commission’s request to rent rooms 102 and 201.
In other business, two residents applied for and were granted approval of special-use permits, allowing them to operate ATVs on Highways 40 and 23, including an after-dark variance, for one year.
