Bond has been set at $25,000 cash or licensed surety– no 10-percent allowed– with special unspecified conditions for a Chillicothe man charged with a drug-related felony for allegedly being in possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop by authorities in Carroll County on June 17.
According to a probable-cause statement, authorities found a bag of methamphetamine and another baggie of marijuana in the vehicle that was being driven by 41-year-old Nathan Tyrone Cahill.
According to online court documents, a warrant has been issued and Cahill has been charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid. He also has been charged with one driving-related and two drug-related misdemeanors.
Cahill’s initial hearing at Carroll County Circuit Court is pending.
