A public hearing was held at the beginning of the Marshall City Council meeting on Monday, June 18, regarding a request for special-use zoning request made by Jerry Hedrick, representing the Blosser Home for Women.
City Administrator David Haugland explained the details to the council.

With that, the council decided to hear two readings of the proposed amendment to the ordinance and approved it.
