Two area residents were injured in a traffic crash at an intersection in Pettis County on Tuesday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as an eastbound vehicle, driven by 45-year-old Jennifer Blessing, of Warrensburg, reportedly traveled into the path of and was struck by a southbound vehicle, driven by 17-year-old Zachary Weber, of LaMonte.
Blessings and Weber were transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg for treatment of minor injures.
The crash happened just before 9 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and Missouri Highway 127.
