Two Warsaw teenagers suffered injuries in a rollover traffic crash in Benton County on Monday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as 18-year-old Isaiah Kahler reportedly overcorrected his southbound vehicle, which had traveled slightly off the right side of the roadway. Kahler reportedly overcorrected the vehicle again after it crossed the center line of the roadway, and the vehicle lost traction, rotated clockwise, traveled off the right side of the roadway, became airborne, struck the ground, overturned, struck a metal pole, traveled down an embankment and came to rest in a grove of trees on its top.
Kahler and a 16-year-old male reportedly were transported to Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia for treatment of moderate injuries.
The crash happened just before 10:45 p.m. on Route MM, one-tenth of a mile south of Missouri Highway 83.
