A Kearney resident suffered fatal injuries in a traffic crash in Ray County on Tuesday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as an eastbound vehicle, driven by 51-year-old Li Li, of Kearney, reportedly ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail end. Li was pronounced deceased at the scene by a paramedic at 10:37 a.m.
Two passengers in the vehicle- 60-year-old Li Junjuan and an 8-year-old boy, of Cummings, GA- each suffered minor injuries. They reportedly were transported by emergency first responders to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
The crash happened just before 10 a.m. on West 160th, two-tenths of a mile east of King Road.
