Katherine Anne Tyler, age 69, of Higginsville, died on Thursday, July 5, 2018.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 9, at the Hoefer Funeral Home Chapel in Higginsville, where the family will receive friends beginning at 9:30.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the Sarah Cannon Cancer Center.

Survivors include: sons, Doug (Tabatha) Patterson, of Higginsville, and Richard Tyler, of Blue Springs; brother, Jay (Leisa) Julian, of Yorktown, IN; sister, Karen (David) Priest, of Anderson, IN; and granddaughter, Lillian Grace Patterson.
