A Boonville man is facing a felony charge for allegedly kicking in the front door and entering a residence in the 500 block of First Street without permission on Friday, July 13.
According to a probable-cause statement, 35-year-old Jesse Allen Baker allegedly threatened the occupant of the residence several times after entering.
According to online court documents, a warrant has been issued and Baker has been charged with a Class B Felony for Burglary in the First Degree, two misdemeanors and an infraction. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash or surety, with conditions including he is not to have any contact with the alleged victims nor the residence.
Baker’s initial hearing at Cooper County Circuit Court is pending.
