Some area fire fighters had a early wake-up call on Thursday, July 19.
According to a release from Pettis County Fire Protection Chief Mike Harding, at 2:26 a.m., personnel were toned out for a structure fire in the 2900 block of West Lake Drive.
Upon arrival, fire fighters found that the house was basically fully involved with the roof collapsed.
PCFD had 17 fire fighters battling the blaze, and they cleared scene at 5:30 a.m. No injuries were reported.
The fire is under investigation, with the help of the Missouri State Fire Marshal’s office.
