During its meeting on Tuesday, July 24, the Marshall School Board was asked to approve several contracts involving special-education and federal programs.
The board discussed the contract to hire Angel McNabb as an instructional coach for Great Circle. Director of Special Services Terri Porter said the money they get for Great Circle has to be spent on Great Circle.

Porter further explained.

Porter said McNabb will be paid $250 for each half-day and $400 for each full day she is there. Porter said the average should be about one day a week, but it will be more at the beginning of the year and less in November and December and at the end of the year.
The board approved the contracts, which include: Kathy Monnig for supervision of LPNs; Fitzgibbon Hospital for physical-therapy services; Perkins Free Mobility for Braille and Orientation & Mobility services; Patty Corum for training and consultation with administrators; and McNabb as an instructional coach for Great Circle.
