Two persons suffered minor injuries in a traffic crash in Saline County on Tuesday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as a westbound vehicle, driven by 54-year-old David Collins, of Bowling Green, reportedly traveled off the roadway and struck a ditch.
While Collins reportedly was not injured, passengers in the vehicle- 45-year-old Carol Hyde, of Columbia, and a 12-year-old female, of Bowling Green, were transported by Concordia Fire and E.M.S. vehicles to I-70 Community Hospital in Sweet Springs for treatment.
The crash happened just after noon at the 65.2 mile marker on I-70.
