Three roadwork projects are scheduled to continue on Monday, August 13, in Cooper County.
According to MoDOT, sidewalk improvements are scheduled to continue throughout the week on Route BB, between Route A and Morgan Street. The improvement work will mostly take place off the roadway, but motorists traveling the area are advised to slow down and be cautious.
Bridge replacement is underway on Highway 87 over I-70. Beginning August 13, the north side of the bridge is scheduled to be closed for two weeks as the roadbed is to be raised. The entire project is scheduled for completion by sometime in November, and detour signs will be set up in the area.
Pavement patching also is scheduled to continue on Missouri Highway 135, from Route M and the Pettis County line, with work scheduled through Thursday, August 16. During this project, one lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
All work is weather permitting.
